Kosal Hor holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management and Rural Development and brings over 20 years of extensive experience in effective leadership and management within Civil Society Organizations. His expertise encompasses prevention, intervention, and protection strategies, with a strong focus on advocacy, social protection, child safeguarding, and combatting human trafficking, modern slavery, abuse and exploitation—both in Cambodia and internationally. Right now, he has been holding the position of National Director for Chab Dai Coalition International Foreign NGO, which is based in Cambodia. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed various grants from prominent donors, including USAID, EU, SIDA, AUSAID, and UKAID. He has collaborated with several international NGOs on humanitarian initiatives, particularly those aimed at eradicating human trafficking and exploitation. His robust background includes organizational grant leadership, proposal development, project and grant management, and financial oversight, supported by effective project leadership and monitoring & evaluation practices. |

With 13 years of experience working alongside grassroots organisations across Southeast Asia, Kneath has worn many hats and embraced the role of a specialist-generalist. Originally from the UK, he holds a Master’s degree in International Development and is based in Siem Reap, Cambodia, where he serves as Partnerships and Development Director at Chab Dai, an anti-human trafficking NGO. His work supports coalition-building, prevention, and protection initiatives, and his experience includes working with youth, migrants, survivors of human trafficking, and refugees. Guided by a justice-based approach, he is committed to locally led, globally engaged solutions that strengthen communities and contribute to lasting change. |
