Voices of Resilience: Confronting the Humanitarian and Trafficking Crisis in Sudan

Join Audrey Moore—Rotarian and CEO of Lift Up the Vulnerable—as she sheds light on Sudan’s devastating humanitarian crisis, often called “the war the world has forgotten.” With 15 million people displaced, 25 million facing food insecurity, and 90% of students out of school (approximately 19 million children), the crisis demands urgent attention.

 

Audrey will explore the global implications of the conflict, the impact of USAID funding cuts, the increase in human trafficking rates, and the resilience of those affected. She will also highlight how Rotary Clubs can make a tangible difference to children affected by conflict and exploitation in Sudan and South Sudan.
